How quickly can I get started?

Our automated provisioning system deploys virtual servers and web hosting instantly. You can be up and running within minutes of signup.

Where is your infrastructure located?

Our servers run from our datacenter in Montreal, Quebec. We're a Nova Scotia-based company with plans to expand to additional Canadian cities.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. All charges are billed in CAD; account credit is also supported.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes — within the first 30 days, refunds are no-questions-asked for services with minimal resource usage, and prorated otherwise. See our Terms of Service for details.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Absolutely! You can upgrade your hosting or virtual server plan at any time through the client portal.
